Para evitar absorción de humedad por capilaridad recomendamos evitar enterrar las cañas de bambú en suelo húmedo
Puedes colocar una capa drenante de piedras o material similar para permitir que el agua fluya sin quedarse estancada

Cuidados y mantenimiento
Limpieza rutinaria
Polvo y suciedad superficial: use un paño húmedo o cepillo suave con jabón o desengrasante.
Manchas o limpieza profunda: Lavado con agua a presión.
Mantenimiento a largo plazo
Tratamiento opcional: Aplicar aceite para bambú o cera natural (mejora brillo y resistencia)

Ninguna caña es perfectamente igual a otra (variaciones naturales en forma, rectitud, conicidad y tonalidad)
La exposición a los rayos UV genera descoloro gradual hacía gris/plateado (v. apartado "Cuidados y mantenimiento")
Pueden expandirse o contraerse levemente con cambios de humedad/temperatura (como la madera)
Pueden aparecer pequeñas grietas superficiales (especialmente durante el primer año de instalación)
Estas fisuras son puramente estéticas (no comprometen la estructura), y forman parte del proceso natural de aclimatación, especialmente en exteriores

Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Returns of cut materials or items that have been machined are not accepted.
Process: Contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
Upon receiving your order, check the packaging before the delivery driver completes the delivery. If anything is not in perfect condition, note this when signing (for example: “damaged parcel” or “packaging in poor condition”) or ask them to note it on their device.
If you are unable to carry out this check at the time of delivery, you can note “contents to be checked” on the carrier’s copy and notify us of any issues you find within the following 24 hours.
