PACKAGE SHIPPING

 As a general rule, packages are shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment and delivered within 2 to 6 working days by various logistics agencies (depending on the destination, transit times may be even longer). You can request the tracking number for your shipment and details of the branch that will make the delivery by emailing shop@bambusa.es

Due to the type of product we work with (generally quite bulky), the agencies we have agreements with are industrial, so goods will always be delivered to the street level unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs include handling, packaging, and delivery charges. Transport costs may vary depending on the total weight and volume of the parcel. We advise you to group all your items into one order.

Returns Policy

 Bambusa.es offers a 14-day return period from the date of receipt of the product. Bambusa.es's 14-day return guarantee allows you to return any products you wish if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Bambusa.es recommends checking the product upon delivery to ensure that it complies with and is intact as agreed with Bambusa.es. In the event of damaged products, you have the right to note the damage on the delivery note of the transport company and return the goods if necessary. ​

You may return products within 14 days of the date you received your parcel, subject to the following conditions:

Product damaged during shipping

Upon receiving your order, please check the packaging before the delivery driver completes the delivery. If anything is not in perfect condition, please note this when signing for the parcel (for example: “damaged parcel” or “packaging in poor condition”) or ask the driver to make a note of it on their device.

If you are unable to carry out this check at the time of delivery, you can note “contents to be checked” on the carrier’s copy and notify us of any issues you detect within the following 24 hours.  

If the above conditions are not met in full and on time, we will be unable to accept claims for damage caused during transit.

Incorrect product

You may return the product to us within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is in its original condition.

Non-compliant product

You may return a product with which you are not satisfied within 14 days of the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is in its original condition. Returns of products that have been tampered with or stored incorrectly will not be accepted.​

Note: Replacement of a damaged, defective or unsatisfactory product will be made after returning the original product within 15 days of receipt. Bambusa.es reserves the right to inspect the returned item before making the replacement.

Machined product

Returns of cut materials or those that have undergone machining are not accepted. Orders that include any type of modification to the original product (such as cuts, special cuts, holes, longitudinal openings, the application of oil or paint, bending, etc.) may only be returned or replaced if the error in the machining is caused by Bambusa.es

Return policy 

The customer must notify Bambusa.es of the return of the product and the specific reason for the return by sending an email with their details to info@bambusa.es within 14 days. Bambusa.es will provide the customer with the name of the transport company that will collect the item from the same delivery address.

Refund  

The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Once the goods have been received and their integrity and conformity with the original have been verified, Bambusa.es will issue a refund within a maximum of 7 days via the same payment method used for the purchase.

What about the return shipping costs?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Bambusa.es, we will cover the return costs provided that the item is in its original condition.
