Instalación
The tube is inserted into the cane, leaving the base completely hidden. It is joined to the column by drilling through and securing with a threaded rod.

Deliveries and returns

Other locations: (estimated) 3-5 working days (depending on location and order volume).

Timeframe: You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Returns of cut materials or items that have been machined are not accepted.
Process: Contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
Upon receiving your order, check the packaging before the delivery driver completes the delivery. If anything is not in perfect condition, note this when signing (for example: “damaged parcel” or “packaging in poor condition”) or ask them to note it on their device.
If you are unable to carry out this check at the time of delivery, you can note “contents to be checked” on the carrier’s copy and notify us of any issues you find within the following 24 hours.
