Application
Especially suitable for demanding outdoor applications: construction of structures, fencing, exterior architecture.
Installation
To prevent moisture absorption by capillarity, we recommend avoiding burying bamboo canes in wet soil.
You can place a draining layer of stones or similar material to allow water to flow without stagnating.
Additional Information
Preservation treatment at origin by immersion in borax saline solution: protection against wood-boring insects (+ fire-resistant properties).

Care and Maintenance
Routine cleaning
Dust and surface dirt: use a damp cloth or soft brush with soap or degreaser.
Stains or deep cleaning: Pressure washing.
Long-term maintenance: Apply deck oil or natural wax (optional, enhances shine and resistance).
Natural Product
No two canes are perfectly alike (natural variations in shape, straightness, taper, and tone).
UV exposure causes gradual fading to gray/silver (see "Care and Maintenance" section).
They may expand or contract slightly with changes in humidity/temperature (like wood).
Small surface cracks may appear (especially during the first year of installation).
These cracks are purely aesthetic (do not compromise the structure) and are part of the natural acclimatization process, especially outdoors.
Technical note: These characteristics are intrinsic properties of bamboo, not manufacturing defects.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Returns of cut materials or items that have been machined are not accepted.
Process: Contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
Upon receiving your order, check the packaging before the delivery driver completes the delivery. If anything is not in perfect condition, note this when signing (for example: “damaged parcel” or “packaging in poor condition”) or ask them to note it on their device.
If you are unable to carry out this check at the time of delivery, you can note “contents to be checked” on the carrier’s copy and notify us of any issues you find within the following 24 hours.
