Dust and surface dirt: use a dry cloth or soft brush, vacuum cleaner

Optional treatment: Apply bamboo oil or natural wax (improves shine and resistance).

Deliveries and returns
Your order will be processed once payment has been verified. You will receive a notification containing the tracking details and purchase invoice as soon as the order has been collected by the courier.
If you have paid by bank transfer, please email us proof of payment to shop@bambusa.es, quoting your order number.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from receipt to request a return.
Conditions: The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging.
Returns of cut materials or items that have been machined are not accepted.
Process: Contact our customer service team to arrange the return.
Upon receiving your order, check the packaging before the delivery driver completes the delivery. If anything is not in perfect condition, note this when signing (for example: “damaged parcel” or “packaging in poor condition”) or ask them to note it on their device.
If you are unable to carry out this check at the time of delivery, you can note “contents to be checked” on the carrier’s copy and notify us of any issues you find within the following 24 hours.
