PACKAGE SHIPMENT

As a general rule, packages are dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment and are delivered within 2 to 4 days by various logistics agencies (depending on the destination, transit times may be even longer). You can request the tracking number of your shipment and the details of the regional courier’s office carrying out the delivery by sending an e-mail to shop@bambusa.es.

Due to the type of product we work with (generally quite voluminous), the shipping services we have agreements with are of the industrial type, so the delivery of the merchandise will always be made at street level.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal charges. Shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package. We suggest you to group all your items in one order.

RETURN POLICY

Bambusa.es, offers a return period of 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The Bambusa.es 14 day money back guarantee allows you to return the products you want in case you are not completely satisfied with your purchase. Bambusa.es recommends to check the product in the delivery phase, its conformity and integrity with what has been established with Bambusa.es. In the case of damaged products, you have the right to note on the delivery note of the Transport Company the damage that has occurred and to return the goods, if any.

You can return the products within 14 days from the date you received your package, according to the following conditions:

Product damaged during shipment

If you receive a damaged product during shipping, you can return it within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, please indicate defective condition of the package on the delivery note.

Incorrect product

You can return the product to us within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, provided the product is in its original condition.

Non-conforming product

You can return a product that you are not satisfied with within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, as long as the product is in its original condition.

We do not accept returns of incorrectly handled or stored products.

Note: Replacement for a damaged, defective or unsuitable product will be made after returning the original product within 15 days from the date of receipt. Bambusa.es reserves the right to check the returned material before replacing it.

Product with machining

The orders that include any type of modification in the original product (such as cuts, special cuts, holes, longitudinal openings, oil or paint applications, bending, etc….) can only be returned or replaced if the error in the mechanization is caused by the Bambusa.es team.

Returns procedure

The customer must communicate the return of the product and its specific reason to Bambusa.es by sending an email with their data to info@bambusa.es within 14 days. Bambusa.es will provide the client with the transport company that will take care of the collection of the material from the same delivery address.

Refund

Once received the merchandise and verified its integrity and conformity with the original, Bambusa.es will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 days by the same means of payment used for the purchase.

And the shipping costs of the return?

If you return a product to us due to an error on the part of Bambusa.es, we will bear the cost of the return as long as the material is in its original condition.
