Due to the special conditions for the transport of long pieces, if your cart includes pieces longer than 3 meters, please ask for a personalized shipping quote through our contact form.

We always try to complete orders in the shortest possible time. Under normal conditions, orders are delivered to the transport agency on the working day following confirmation. In conditions of special workload, cuts to size, preparation of half canes, etc., the order may take 1/2 days longer to be dispatched.

The volume and length of the goods we send prevents us from working with parcel agencies with guaranteed deadlines, so delivery times can be extended to 4/5 days, depending on the location.

To facilitate communication with the courier and to avoid delivery delays, it is recommended that you provide a contact telephone number of the country of delivery.
